This service occurs over multiple meetings year long where assistance and guidance is provided to develop, set up, and maintain, homeschooling compliance documents, assessments, IEP advocacy and educational plan development and maintenance.

Transition, Dual Enrollment and College/Vocational  Planning

We help you with the process and help you plan your child's transition from middle to high school, and high school to either college and career or vocational tracks

Individual Education Plan (IEP) Matrix Re-evaluation

We guide productive dialogue and strong collaborative relationships with your child’s educational team and school district.

The Annual Portfolio Evaluation can take place in person, via conference or by phone. Prices vary depending on complexity of the evaluation and level of support requested.

Individual Learning Plan

Serves as a tool to focus  on your child's learning. Using information about your child's learning experiences, preferences and needs, we will work with you on identifying the supports and strategies, so your child meets their goals for the year. These plans, will provide more personalized learning and opportunities. They serve as a roadmap with checkpoints throughout the year.
